Payment

Session fees for individual therapy are required to be paid on the day of your scheduled appointment (except for NDIS plan-managed participants). Any eligible rebates will be processed on the same day. I also offer a payment schedule for assessments.

Please note the current fee schedule accounts for an additional 30-45 minutes for session preparation, treatment planning, and record keeping in addition to your allocated session time.

Low cost & bulk billing services

Unfortunately, at this time, I am unable to provide bulk-billing services. I currently offer concessional rates for individuals with a valid low-income health care card and for flood-affected individuals in Lismore and surrounding LGAs. If you are eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be entitled to receive up to 10 rebates of $98.95 per calendar year.

The Medicare Safety Net can also help to lower your out-of-pocket costs once you’ve spent a certain amount on Medicare-rebated appointments in a calendar year. After reaching this threshold, Medicare gives you a much higher rebate (covering up to 80% of the out of pocket cost) for the rest of the year, so you’ll pay significantly less per session. Fees at Ritual Psychology are reviewed periodically and are subject to change. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about fees.

    Fees for plan managed participants are in line with the NDIS price guide in your state or territory. Unfortunately, I cannot accept referrals for agency managed NDIS participants.

    Please note that acceptance to the NDIS scheme is not guaranteed based on a specific diagnosis or disability. Applications are assessed on the basis of the level of “functional impairment” or disability that you experience as a result of a permanent disability, developmental difference, or health condition.
