Who do you support?
I provide 1:1 therapy and support via Telehealth for adults (18 years +) Australia-wide. I accept self-referrals, self-managed and plan managed NDIS participants, and individuals with a valid GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan.
I am currently unable to provide support to children or couples, individuals experiencing chronic self-harm or recurrent suicidal ideation or active eating disorders.
Due to my limited practice hours, I am unable to provide crisis support or consultation outside of scheduled session times. For more information on additional support services please visit this page. -
Do you offer face to face sessions?
I currently provide services via Telehealth only. I ensure that our online sessions are secure and private by using encrypted technology that meets Australian privacy standards. When deciding between Telehealth and face to face services, it is important to consider your specific needs, circumstances and preferences.

How does Telehealth work?
All of our sessions will be conducted online via Google Meet. I will always send you a secure appointment link prior to your session.
You will need to have access to a computer with a reliable internet connection, in-built camera, and microphone. You will also need access to a private and quiet place to make the most of our sessions. -
What should I expect from my first session?
Initial sessions involve a guided conversation so I can get to know more about you, your relevant personal history, and your goals and preferences for therapy. With your consent, I may ask you to complete some confidential questionnaires prior to our session to best determine your needs and to develop a collaborative treatment or support plan.
l will always provide you with the opportunity to ask questions and I offer a range of accommodations to make therapy sessions as accessible as possible. I welcome and encourage stimming, fidgeting, low lighting, and alternative modes of communication in session. Eye contact is never expected and unmasking is actively encouraged and supported in session.

What if we aren't a good fit?
If for any reason throughout the course of therapy, you decide that we aren’t the best fit, I will endeavour to provide you with information and support to identify alternative support options or providers to ensure your continuity of care.
With your consent, I may engage in feedback-oriented therapy, where I ask for your feedback around your perception of sessions and their helpfulness to allow for the opportunity for us to make adjustments where needed. -
Do you charge late cancellation fees?
I understand that life can be unpredictable at times. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If you provide us with less than 24 hours notice, a late cancellation fee equivalent to your session fee will apply.
Please note that Medicare rebates cannot be claimed for late cancellations or missed appointments.
